Lee,

What agency in Alabama handles issues with post minority support ONLY ...I assumed it was DHR, after I received an email from them I was told otherwise..

A claim for post-majority support needs to be filed with the divorce court, and you must file it BEFORE the child's 19th birthday. There's no agency that helps people collect post-majority support the way DHR helps with child support, so you probably need to hire a lawyer.
