My attorney has been requesting income statements from my ex for a month now to no avail. She thinks he is not responding because he wants to hide income. She now wants to file an interrogatory that he is required to respond to from what I understand. With an interrogatory, what all can he be requested to report beyond his normal paycheck?

Your attorney will have all the form interrogatories on her word processor. You can ask for any information that's relevant, but asking more than 40 questions requires court approval.
