Anyone know what a Transparenting Certificate is?

Trying to get all the legal documents together, in order to file an uncontested divorce w/minor children in Baldwin County. The clerk at the courthouse gave me a checklist. On the list is something called the Transparenting Certificate. I ordered all the neccessary papers online and they came by #, AL 508D and so on. I don't understand what this particular document is. The courthouse here wants all documents filled out and filed at the same time. This is the only one I am confused about. Can anyone help?

could it be the certificate stating you have taken the "parenting" course that some counties require of parties with minor children?
