Providing income information
«

I am suing to change my current custody arrangement from 50/50 to me having primary and I began the process back in July of 2006. Since then, we have had a PL hearing and one final hearing that was supposed to be in November rescheduled for April. My ex and his attorney have still not provided his financial information (paycheck stub) to my attorney even though it has been asked for several times. When is he required by law to provide it and is he required to provide it to my attorney or only to the judge?

Talk to your attorney about a Request for Production of Documents. Your attorney will know what to do.
