My soon to be ex and I are in agreement about all issues in our upcoming divorce. The only "problem" we have is in deciding how to split our pensions (and it's ONLY a problem because we BOTH want to be fair but don't want to be unknowingly UNFAIR) . If this is our ONLY issue, do we need a lawyer? Or do we just get some financial advisor? Who does this kind of service??? Anyone know?

If that's it - how about a mediator?

Or go see a financial planner or knowledgeable accountant together.
