Lee,
I found out in October my stbx was in an affair for about a year and the affair has continued after I have filed for divorce.  We have been married for 21 yrs.  She has made on average ~20K/yr for the last 5 yrs and spent only ~15K on groceries and Christmas during that time.  She contributed nothing else to the payment of bills for the household.  I have done that and I have also kept her in a vehicle during this time.  I make ~70K/Yr.  Is there any likelyhood that I will get saddle with paying any alimony?

Sure. Your judge will look at all the facts and decide what is fair, and it's entirely possible that the judge will decide it's fair for you to pay alimony to your STBX.

And remember, "fair" is an extremely relative concept to the courts.
