Rehabilitative alimony

Since my STBX is quite the accomplished professional & I've been his lowly chief cook & bottle washer for many yrs., I've read in many periodicals that he'll have to pay me rehabilitative alimony until I can get some training or go back to school & get my degree. I'm not suppose to have to go on welfare or my standard of living plummet while he enjoys his lofty paychecks.  If I'm awarded this, how long will I be allowed to get this education or training? If so, how long will I be allowed to look for a job before the money stops?
