Ex/CP moved to a foreign country.  Do I still have to pay child support since ex no longer lives in the united states? Would whether or not ex lived on a US military base change this? I've tried looking this up on the OCSE state page and only found "C1. With what foreign countries does your State reciprocate?" The country ex moved to is not listed.
