I had a question. What if the reason for my divorce is that my wife after three years cannot stay faithful at all. She not getting what she wants at home but she wants me to pay for everything. How would the courts divide our assets in Alabama.

Let's start with some more information. How long have you been married? What will your wife say that you did to contribute to the decline of the marriage? Who brought what assets and debts on your wedding day?
