This behavior is so uncharacteristic of me for I am a born again Christian. My husband has taken me off all accounts without my conscent of course and has left me with no money. He has been a "wolf in sheep's clothing" as my mother puts it so I'm  just trying to cover all the bases. I'm just really not sure what 401K's and things of that nature are all about but need to know if I'm entitled to anything like that with the marriage ending after just 9 yrs. Will it make a difference if the divorce is filed before or after the big 9 for our anniversary is this Sat. leaving me with a small window?

It's  unlikely that filing before or after your 9th anniversary will make a difference - if we were talking 10th, it might.
