non joint credit cards

Hi my name is KC and I'm new and I was wondering if anyone can tell me about his and her credit cards.  He has his own and a couple I didn't know he had.  Plus I have tickets where he has purchased cigars at $300 and other items I haven't seen or even knew about and they are not joint they are in his name and he had them before we got married. But he wants me to spilt the payments.  Or help him pay them off.  I have payed and is paying them off because this divorce has been going on for 10 months and we don't have kids, the house has been sold and the property split.  Can anyone help me? Or any ideas?  Plus he was the one who left.

I'm not sure what you're asking. If you're asking whether you can get information about your husband's credit card accounts, the answer is yes. Ask your lawyer to file a Request for Production of Documents.

If you're asking whether you're responsible for your husband's credit card expenditures, that's hard to say. You're not responsible to the lender unless you agreed to pay the credit card bills, but a judge may characterize the debt as marital and require you to contribute to it.
