Is a provision in a Separation Agreement that permanently locks in the amount of periodic alimony enforceable? Husband is willing to pay $1,000.00 a month to Wife until she remarries, but he does not want Wife filing for modification every 2 years asking for more.

No, not as such, because alimony always remains in the discretion of the trial court. You can bolster it somewhat, however, by including the so-called "DuValle" language. Ask your lawyer to insert it. He or she probably has it on the word processor.
