I haven't been able to find anywhere that isn't specifically for members of the state bar.

I called our local law library today. They have WestLaw.com available for public use.

Good information to know.  I did not think about going to my local library to search WestLaw.com.   How do they do that?  Do they have a special computer that is set up with access to WestLaw or do they just give you a special logon name and password to use at any computer with access to the web?  If so, could you use that from your home computer?
