Sluggo, I just now got your message about your happenings at work.  I will keep you in my prayers.  Congrats on the inspection though.  Keep looking up.  TG

Thanks TG.  The situation seems to be resolving itself, but it's been a little bit of an emotional roller coaster for me....like I need another one of those.  Roll Eyes

On a side note.....I got the signed decree on Monday from the His Holiness The Judge, so I am officially not married.  Kind of thought it would feel better.  Regardless, I have been very blessed this year,  one way in particular, so I am choosing to be hopeful about the rest.

My divorce court hearing was on Nov. 23rd, but I didn't get my decree until Jan. 11th.  It was in the local newspaper on Feb. 14th. Valentines Day.  Ironic.  I felt the same way as you when I got my decree.  It wasn't what I thought it would be like. I am so glad to hear that the situation at work is smoothing out on its own with your job still intact.  TG

You mean they didn't have a parade down main street for you? There doesn't seem to be much of a difference but....you no longer have to try to please her. She can't tell you how to act or whatever. Your a free man Sluggo, now you are responsible for you.

There's a great scene in the tv show Firefly, where the obnixious Jane ( a guy) is talking smack, and the Captain says, "Jane, your mouth is talking, you might want to see to that...."
I am finding it more and more difficult to consult the intelligence/common sense center of my brain before acting and speaking....hence the trouble I got into last week.... Tongue
