Court was long but went great. I expect the final order from the Judge will come Monday or Tuesday. The Judge did reprimand the ex forcefully about making visitation so difficult, and told her that if she could not learn to cooperate with arrangements, etc. the next time it happened and she put the child in the middle she would go to jail immediately. He was very upset.
At one point she stated that my husband had not called in "months" and he had three previous months statements that showed 37 unanswered calls just from our house phone. It was one minute on her cell so it indicated straight to voice mail.
When asked about the extra $400 or more being deposited, all she said was, "I don't know anything about that." She offered to produce deposit tickets at another time. The point was made.
Then at the beginning she accused my husband of not paying his medical bills. When he produced every bill with a cancelled check, all of a sudden she didn't know anything about bills, either.
This pattern of catching her in consistent lies went on for about 2 hours. When my husband's attorney produced her case worker from DHR as a witness she knew it was over. she had to drop all allegations of delinquent child support.
She had threatened to put my ste daughte ron stand, so my husband's attorney called her instead. She told the truth about liking to visit here, about her dad calling, about enjoying seeing us both, etc. not a SINGLE bad thing, which we already knew

Her attorney finally had to accept the tax returns because he couldn't find a single fault in the claimed income. It was easy to see he was very angry since my husband's ex makes more than he does, and after admitting she dropped the insurance for free insurance, child support will be recalculated. We expect about a $250 per month drop if the guidelines are adhered to.
The one thing that is a certainty is that she won't lie about child support again and visitation will be easier (for now). And she has to repay him for medical bills she admitted she never paid.
All in all, an excellent day for a great dad, husband, and father.
