Maybe I am not explaing this correctly. Child support was calculated based on the fact that she signed a court affidavit stating that she was paying for health insurance. Child support was increased BASED on this price. His attorney is asking that support be lowered because she voluntarily dropped coverage that she "swore" in an affidavit that she was paying for. The form actually states that it was "perjury" to falsify this information. His attorney is providing proof that she applied to cancel this insurance 3 days after the court date, knowing that her support had been increased. She asked for an increase in support KNOWING that she was going to cancel the insurance. She just wanted more money.
Surely anyone with common sense can see this is fraud.
I can see your point. I believe that you are correct. It seems your husband's attorney also sees this is correct and is trying to rectify the problem.
