Is there any particular time frame to after a Judge issues his findings the judgement is to be implemented?

Example- spouse A is awarded xxxxxx, how long does spouse B have to produce?

It's generally specified in the judgment. If it's not, and the party doesn't produce as ordered, the other party should take it back to court for a clarification and to have a date specified.

my divorce decree states "within 30 days of the date of this judgement".

Keep in mind that "findings" don't necessarily equate with a Final Judgment of Divorce. When it's a divorce decree, you'll know it, and you're unlikely to think of it as "findings."

After the judge issues the decree, in the absence of language to the contrary, there's generally an implied grace period of 30-60 days for the parties to comply with it.
