Did you do it online? Was it an uncontested divorce? Who filed the papers with the court, you or someone else? Sorry to be so nosy, but I'm always interested in ways people can reduce the cost of divorce.

1) I was directed yo her through another lawyer I had.

2) Yes...it was uncontested.

3) Nancy Abrams...I think she felt bad for me cause she saw my bruises and new I didn't have much money.

Second Divorce 2000.....

1) Yes....I went to the site YOU provided for my state Pennsylvania. You listed lawyers and there was on in Pittsburgh, PA. http://divorceinfo.com/pahelps.htm

2) Yes...It was uncontested

3) Norma Chase...http://users.pghconnect.com/normac/

You have no idea how thankful I am for you posting all that when I needed it.

You're not being nosy at all. Again i'm sorry for the delay in responding

All I can tell ya is it only cost me $164.50 + $5.00 to get my maiden name back and it was filed in her county.
