Does anyone know about if when reevaluating cs imputed wages are increased?  Ex was imputed $10.00 per hour and now as it has been 3 years, would those imputed wages be increased?

Depends on what the original wage was based on.

Typically when wages are imputed the set rate is either based on minimum wage, or proven earning potential.

In either case, seems reasonable to expect a cost of living type increase at a minimum, but I'm only speculating on that.

Except many people haven't been getting even a COLA to their income in the past few years.

I'm with m_t. Unless this person is in the repo business or is a bank executive (grim humor), opening a conversation right now about wages may result in a decrease rather than an increase.

ex stays at home, doesn't work.  Agreed to $10.00 per hour imputed 3 years ago.  Just wondering if a judge would assess more wages since it has been 3 years.  Could be the difference in the 10%.

Honestly? That's the sort of income that is not getting an increase coming close to what the cost of living increase is. IF the ex were employed, s/he would get - if *lucky* - a 3% increase. More likely would be 2-2.5% . I wouldn't expect to see an increase in the imputed amount, to be honest. This year - pretty much no one is getting an increase. I know we're not - top down, no one is getting a raise or bonus. I think you're tilting at windmills.
