If my Husband and I get a legal separation do I get child support?  Also if we later decide that we want to stay together do we have to remarry legally as well?

Yes, if you would receive it in a divorce, you would get it in a legal separation. They work the same on issues like that.

No. You file a joint motion to dismiss the legal separation on the grounds that you and he have reconciled.
