This is an interesting case.  It deals with a custodial father, who happens to be gay, and his right to live with his life partner and his child's mother's opposition to it.  I am boggled as to how gay couples are legally allowed to adopt children, but not raise a child from a previous relationship together???  Unless they make homosexuality illegal then how can this happen?
