I received transcripts on my daughter last week...She's enrolled at Troy U. Her freshman year was great...This last semester fall 08 she enrolled in six classes. Five core and one elective...She failed all FIVE of her core classes. She got an B in her elective... Her grade point average (G.P.A). at  2.3...Probaly due to the fact she attends Comm College in the summer which she had all A's.

My court order reads child must attain 2.0 G.P.A. and enroll as a full time student( 12 semester hours) in order to received post minority support..

Based on the fall 2008 semester do I have grounds to hire a lawyer and file a claim to stop Post Min Spt.
She wasted an entire semester, so the desire is not there to go to college..
I understand she meets the G.P.A ..However since she failed all five classes, is that still considered a full time student in the courts eyes.

I guess I'm asking how does a judge view the above, before I go through the process.

Thanks

Her course load was that of a full-time student.

I'm pretty sure we covered this already (edit - we did (*)). Have you talked to her to find out what the problem is and the possible need for tutoring?
