uncle lee.  do you know of any cases that have ruled regarding PACT plans and the cost of college?  If my ex and I bought the pact plan jointly for our son but when we divorced it was not paid for and she made two years of payments after we divorced.  Any ruling on if NCP must pay half of current college tuition and/or the amount back to the mom on the orginal investment in the PACT plan since there is no costs of tuition?

No, I'm not aware of any case law on this issue. I have not searched for it, so that doesn't mean there's no case law on the subject, just that I'm not aware of any.
