I have a court order dated 3 January 2007. I 'm ordered to pay "said" amount every month for my daughter's post minority support ONLY. Child support ended six months prior.

The above order makes no mention of "who" is to receive the money or when..I just have to make sure I stay current.

Due to the fact my daughter was 18 at the time of the judge's ruling;
I've been sending the check to my ex via certified mail.

However May 14th, my daughter turned 19.

Can I send the checks directly to my daughter rather my ex ?

Unless you can get the judge or your lawyer to tell you that it's okay to do that, I would keep sending it to Mom. Otherwise, there's a risk that you'll end up paying twice.
