Coaching with Lee Borden
I welcome you to use
me as a coach. Here's how it would work. Because
I do not practice law in your state, and because I'm not familiar with
the laws of your state, I cannot give you legal advice. What I can do is
to help you think through the "big picture" of your divorce, managing your
relationship with your lawyer, helping you negotiate
more effectively with your spouse, reflecting on the financial realities
of the proposals you and your spouse are considering, and recovering from
your divorce so you can move on with your life.
As in everything
else I do, it's crucial to me that you stay
in control of your relationship with me, so here's how I've structured
my coaching:
 | I charge $125 for
a 1/2 hour call. I take Visa and MasterCard over the phone. Our 1/2 hour
would begin when we begin talking about the issues you're facing in divorce,
not while we're discussing your credit card information. |
| You wouldn't be required to pay me for anything else or to
use me in any other way, and I would not have the obligation to provide any
other services. I would be required to keep confidential any information you
provide to me during the course of our discussions, other than information
related to your payment. |
| You could call me
once and never again, or you could call me periodically whenever you think
I could be helpful. It would be strictly up to you. Each time you would
pay only for the 1/2 hour conversation.
