For Clients Who Are Sending Me E-mail

As you probably already know by now, I welcome and encourage clients to use e-mail to contact me. It's usually the fastest way to get in touch with me, and it's almost always the cheapest way to get information about your case.

When you do, you'll get faster service and pay less money for it if you'll include this basic information in your message:

Your name as it appears on my records.

Your spouse's name as it appears on my records.

If you have it, your Confidential Client ID No.

A phone number where I can leave you a secure voicemail message, in case you and I need to talk.

Armed with this information, I'm usually able to respond more quickly with useful information. Thanks!
