Gender and Divorce
It is a familiar refrain, at least from men, that courts are stacked
against men. I think they're right, at least in one sense. There are
exceptions to every rule, but by and large, there's no question that
divorce courts treat men and women differently. I'll leave it up to you to
decide which is better. And in deciding which is better you will reveal
(at least to yourself much about your fundamental view of life.
